Governing documents
Find the rule behind the answer.
Keep governing documents together and ask questions with answers linked to the relevant passages. Board members can check the source before deciding what to do.

For volunteer HOA boards In development
BoardDuty is being built to bring your HOA board’s requests, documents, contacts, and decisions into one organized workspace—so you can find what you need and see what needs attention.
Our first pilot focuses on architectural reviews, with shared applications, clear deadlines, and decisions owners can follow.
Built around board life
A homeowner is waiting for an answer. The relevant rule is somewhere in a PDF. The last update is in another board member’s inbox.
BoardDuty is being designed around those everyday gaps: finding the right information, keeping a request moving, and leaving a clear record of the decision.
The planned workspace
These capabilities are planned for BoardDuty’s association workspace and will be tested with an initial association pilot. This is a preview of the direction, not a list of features available today.
Governing documents
Keep governing documents together and ask questions with answers linked to the relevant passages. Board members can check the source before deciding what to do.
Resident & provider contacts
Keep resident and service-provider contact details in searchable directories, ready when your board needs them.
Financial-report review
Turn uploaded statements into readable tables and expense charts, with a review step for checking extracted information against the original report.
Architectural reviews · First pilot
Architectural applications, supporting documents, review status, and decision records are the focus of the first product pilot.
First pilot · Architectural reviews
The architectural-review pilot is planned to bring three parts of the process together:
Homeowners submit a structured request with the description, plans, and photos the board needs to review it.
A shared board queue shows request status and review deadlines configured for the association’s process.
The board can request more information or record a decision, and homeowners can follow their request’s status.
The planned review queue pairs each deadline with the request it belongs to and its current status. That gives the board a clearer view of what is waiting, what needs a response, and what has been decided.
The deadline setup will need to reflect your association’s governing documents and review process. BoardDuty is intended to support board judgment; responsibility for checking the applicable requirements stays with the board.
BoardDuty’s initial focus is board information and architectural reviews. Your existing accounting and payment tools can continue doing their job.
The pilot will help establish where information needs to move between systems. Direct integrations are not being advertised as available today.
